With a background in graphic design, advertising, sales, marketing and events, I founded my own online e-commerce business in the sign and printing industry. The venture was self-funded and built from the ground up, growing to achieve multi-million-pound revenues over the years. The storefront was built on the Shopify platform, which I am a strong advocate of, and consistently processed, manufactured and dispatched around 100 orders per day.
By focusing on an innovative product range, online advertising, PPC campaigns, direct sales, and targeted telephone marketing I was able to drive sustained revenue growth and expand market reach.
I worked with both B2C and B2B clients, developing the customer journey from initial point of discovery to order delivery coupled with dedicated customer support and aftersales care.
